Hi, I am Cali, the creator behind Custom by Cali based in NYC!

As an experienced food and beverage trends analyst & brand strategist, I have worked with many brands, like Coca-Cola, to create new experiences around the brands that consumers already know and love. As a lifelong foodie and passionate food photographer/stylist, baker, and lover of entertaining, I have continued my passion for creating unforgettable, beautifully designed tablescapes for food and events.

During a time when social media has led many of us to question "Is it as good as it looks?" I firmly believe that food can be as visually appealing as it is delicious, and I take pride in customizing each event and brand collaboration to create these memorable experiences.

Custom by Cali was born when I spotted a gap between NYC's iconic, social-media-famous food brands and what's next. People no longer just want a meal, they want an experience worth sharing. By applying my design expertise to traditional charcuterie, I began transforming these viral brands into curated, experiential boards that push the boundaries of how we typically enjoy a spread.
